6. Data Retention

To exercise any of these rights, please contact cybet's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 13. cybet will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days, as required by Philippine law.
Identity Verification: For security purposes, cybet may require you to verify your identity before processing a data subject request. This is to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
10. Minors
The cybet Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and older 21+ in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. cybet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If cybet discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source.
